If your payment has failed, we ask you to:

You can check your VAT number via this link. If your VAT nomber is not valid then you must pay 21% VAT on your order. This amount of 21% can be settled by your accountant.
Do not have a VAT nomber. You can request VAT number from the authorities

2 My Order

If you place your order before 19:00 on weekdays, you will receive your order the next day. If your order is placed on Saturday, it will be send on Monday. When you chose for bank transfer and you want to receive your order the next day then you should choose for urgent payment at the moment that you are sending the amount to us. So we can recieve the amount at the same day and you will get your package at the next day.


You can find your Track & Trace number at (My account -> My orders) and you have received it by e-mail.

You received your Track & Trace number via the E-mail, you can follow your package via the link below. If your package has been delayed for more than 24 hours, please contact customer service.
